All orders are made in the UK and dispatched from our workshop. Most orders are delivered by UPS or DX, while smaller parcels and sample orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Every order is made to order.
When configuring your product, you’ll see the estimated delivery date for each available production option:
The delivery date shown for each option is the date your order will be delivered.
The production option and delivery date you choose are shown again at checkout before payment and are then confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Orders are sent on a next working day delivery service with UPS or DX.

Our standard delivery option is £12 (inc. VAT) for all orders.
Our premium options (Priority and Express) have an additional cost that’s calculated at checkout based on the ordered amount.
